We encourage all of our passengers to return home immediately. Travel restrictions are impacting our flight schedule, but we will continue to serve you as long as we are able to do so safely. Please travel home now while our service is still available.
In order to get you home safely and as soon as possible, we’re waiving all change and cancellation fees. To give all travellers peace of mind, this option is available for both domestic and international bookings.
Changes and cancellations can be made online for any travel currently booked, regardless of travel date and for all fare types.
If you do not need to travel, we encourage you to cancel your booking in order to make room for those who need to return home. Cancellations will receive a credit for use within 12 months of your original booking date.
If you booked with a travel agent or online travel agency, please contact them directly for changes or cancellations. Each partner has a unique booking system that we are unable to access in order to adjust your booking.
